I'm not MIA!
I have been saying for a couple of weeks now that I have been swamped with card orders, tin orders and swap cards and haven't had much time to breathe - well here is one of the cards I have been working on. This wedding invitation is for a friend of mine and Robyn's that is getting married in June. I was asked to come up with a couple of card choices for her and this is the one that she chose. There are 100 of these to complete and I'm halfway there. I love Blush Blossom and Vanilla - they are so elegant looking. The inside of the card will contain a sheet of vellum with the wedding info. on it - I will get to that in the next week or so. Once these are completed we have to get started on the RSVP cards that will be included. Today is stamp club meeting day and I decided to go with a tri-fold card project for everyone - I will share that card with you in the next day or two. I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!
Recipe:
Stampsets: Happy Harmony, Sincere Salutations
Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Blush Blossom
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Blush Blossom, Old Olive
Accessories: Cuttlebug Textile Background, Circle Punches, SU! Horizontal Slot Punch, Ribbon

Oh, how BEAUTIFUL! That embossed background reminds me SO much of the beautiful old tin ceiling that my parents had in their bakery when I was growing up. It was all embossed and had beautiful patterns on it. :) LOVELY!

This is so very gorgeous...love the colors, the style, and the lay-out. The main image with the circles is a great way to finish off this card...it is definitely a 'keeper' and your friends are lucky to have you in their lives to help with this project. Wonderfully done. Hugs, Barb g
